Constantly trying to be better, but never making progress. I kept thinking I just need to be better. Just do better.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The issue with a mindset like that is it leads to a lot of self-loathing. Hating yourself because you&amp;rsquo;re not good enough for yourself.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;There&amp;rsquo;s nothing wrong with trying to be a better person, and growth is always good, but you need to find a good balance between striving for personal growth, and accepting yourself as a person.&lt;/p&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
